COLD PROCESS
| Grams | Ounces | Ingredients |
| 2500g | 88.2oz | fat-free milk |
| 1000g | 35.3oz | fresh plum puree |
| 400g | 14.1oz | fat-free yogurt |
| 500g | 17.6oz | sugar |
| 250g | 8.8oz | PreGel Yoggi 30® |
| 180g | 6.3oz | PreGel Fruttosa® |
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and blend with an
immersion blender.
- Pour into hopper of desired soft serve machine.
- Run machine as directed.
