Schedule: Schedules are unique to each seminar, however all classes promptly begin at 8:00 a.m. and generally finish around 5:00 p.m.

Attend this seminar to earn American Culinary Federation (ACF) continuing education hours (CEHs) towards ACF initial and renewal certification. This course is accredited by the ACF for 24.0 CEHs.
