PreGel AMERICA has an unwavering commitment to education and the PreGel Professional Training Center is the only one of its kind. It offers instruction on the arts of various specialty desserts for everyone inspired to learn. The Training Center provides classes throughout the year for students of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, and is free of charge to all.
The Training Center features two classrooms complete with a full audio and visual experience for lecture purposes, in addition to technical training stations and a full spectrum of gelato batch freezers, hot and cold process machines, pastry ovens and display cases representing a wide array of unparalleled equipment found in the industry.
The Training Center's classes have been approved by The American Culinary Federation (ACF) for Continuing Education Hours (CEHs). Classes indicated with CEHs meet the ACF continuing education standards. Attendance at these classes will earn ACF continuing education hours (CEHs) towards ACF initial and renewal certification.
