Alicia Stevens
Training Center Assistant and Instructor
Born in the Republic of Panama, Alicia is a veteran traveler. Having been exposed to the culinary arts while in high school, Alicia's eyes were opened to the amazing opportunities in the culinary industry. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University - Providence, Alicia received an Associate of Arts & Science in Culinary Arts degree and a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Baking and Pastry Arts degree.
As a training center assistant and instructor, Alicia assists in the instruction and hands-on portion of classes. Overall, Alicia makes sure everything runs smoothly within the training center at all times. Prior to joining PreGel, Alicia worked at resorts such as Sea Island, GA and Sun Valley, ID. In her spare time Alicia can be found reading a good book or baking at home.
