From old fashion favorites to haute dessert creations, the collection of recipes featured in our database are courtesy of renowned pastry chefs, gelato masters and other dessert professionals in the industry including PreGel's Corporate Pastry Chef Frederic Monti, 2008 World Pastry Champion Dimitri Fayard, Master Chocolatier Jean-Pierre Wybauw and Gelato Master Kal Sohkn.
