| 1 bag (23.3oz) | PreGel Tenerissimo™ Fior di Latte |
| 2300g (81.1oz) | whole milk |
In a large mixing container, combine all ingredients.
Mix together with immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
Allow to age in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Pour in sanitized machine and freeze per machine instructions.
