Super Sprint Pink Grapefruit Sorbetto

This demonstration shows the steps to create instant Pink Grapefruit Sorbetto. This flavor was selected for the demonstration but we have a variety of other Super Sprint flavors that can be used.

Ingredients

2500g (88oz) water
1 bag (35.2oz) PreGel Fruit Flavored Super Sprints
10g (0.35oz) PreGel Vellutina® (Sorbitol Paste) *optional

Directions

  • Add water and PreGel Fruit Flavored Super Sprint together.
  • Add PreGel Vellutina® (Sorbitol Paste) *optional.
  • Mix with an immersion blender.
  • Now you're ready to pour the mixture into the batch freezer and begin the freezing cycle. Consult manufacturer instructions to determine the method of use and freeze time for your equipment.
  • Extract the gelato from machine when ready and decorate as desired.
