Ingredients
| 300g (10.6oz) | PreGel Tortino al Cioccolato (Molten Chocolate Cake Base) |
| 150g (5.3oz) | butter |
| 3 each | whole egg |
YIELD:
25 (4oz) portions per bag
100 (4oz) portions per case
Directions
- In mixer with the paddle attachment, cream butter.
- Incorporate egg; scrape sides of the bowl while adding PreGel Tortino al Cioccolato (Molten Chocolate Cake Base) until mixture comes together.
- Pipe into desired molds.
- Bake at 191°C/375°F for about 7 to 8 minutes.
- Remove from molds and serve immediately with PreGel Forest Berries Topping (Bilberries, Raspberries & Black Currants), PreGel Chocolate Topping and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
