Super Sprint Tiramisù Gelato
This demonstration shows the steps to making instant Tiramisù Gelato. This flavor was selected for the demonstration but we have a variety of other Super Sprint flavors that can be used.
Ingredients
| 2500g (88oz) | whole milk |
| 1 bag (35.2oz) | PreGel Cream Flavored Super Sprints |
| 10g (0.35oz) | PreGel Vellutina® (Sorbitol Paste) *optional |
Directions
- Add whole milk and PreGel Super Sprint together.
- Add PreGel Vellutina® (Sorbitol Paste). *optional
- Mix with an immersion blender.
- Now you're ready to pour the mixture into the batch freezer and begin the freezing cycle. Consult manufacturer instructions to determine the method of use and freeze time for your equipment.
- Extract the gelato from machine when ready and decorate as desired.
