Tart Frozen Yogurt – Yoggi 30®
This demonstration shows the steps to create PreGel's world famous Tart Frozen Yogurt using Yoggi 30® yogurt powder.
Ingredients
| 2gal (256oz) | fat free milk |
| 1qt (32oz) | fat free yogurt |
| 1060g (37oz) | sugar |
| 500g (18oz) | PreGel Yoggi 30® Powdered Flavor |
| 400g (14oz) | PreGel Fruttosa® (Water & Milk Base) |
| 10g (.35oz) | PreGel Lemon 50 (optional) |

96 - 4 oz. servings
Directions
- Place milk and yogurt in large mixing container, preferably twice as large as the amount you are making.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, PreGel Yoggi 30® Powdered Flavor (Yogurt - KSA Dairy) and PreGel Fruttosa® (Water & Milk Base).
- Add a PreGel Traditional Paste or PreGel Fortefrutto® to flavor (optional).
- Transfer the liquid blend into the soft serve machine.
- Follow the soft serve machine directions for final product production.
