2gal (256oz) fat free milk
1qt (32oz) fat free yogurt
1060g (37oz) sugar
500g (18oz) PreGel Yoggi 30® Powdered Flavor
400g (14oz) PreGel Fruttosa® (Water & Milk Base)
10g (.35oz) PreGel Lemon 50 (optional)
