Pronto Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream)
This demonstration shows the steps to create 5-Star Chef Pastry Select Pronto Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream) . To flavor your Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream), simply add any 5-Star Chef Pastry Select Compound or Paste to the mixture.
Ingredients
| 100g (3.5oz) | 5-Star Chef Pastry Select Pronto Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream) |
| 250g (8.8oz) | milk |
| 250g (8.8oz) | cream |
Yields:

Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Pour into ramekins and allow to set.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream) and caramelize with a torch; serve immediately.
