Pronto Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream)

This demonstration shows the steps to create 5-Star Chef Pastry Select Pronto Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream) . To flavor your Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream), simply add any 5-Star Chef Pastry Select Compound or Paste to the mixture.

Ingredients

100g (3.5oz) 5-Star Chef Pastry Select Pronto Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream)
250g (8.8oz) milk
250g (8.8oz) cream

Yields:
79 (4oz) portions per bag
316 (4oz) portions per case

Directions

  • Whisk together all ingredients.
  • Pour into ramekins and allow to set.
  • Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream) and caramelize with a torch; serve immediately.
