NEW CONTEST: SUBMIT YOUR ORIGINAL DESSERT RECIPE

PreGel AMERICA wants your best recipes! Submit your most ingenious, creative dessert for a chance to win a Nero apron, Tutto t-shirt and have your recipe published in our upcoming online recipe database.
Who Should Participate:
Gelato-makers, bakers, pastry chefs and dessert professionals of all skill levels across the country.
What to Submit:
- Your original gelato, sorbetto, frozen yogurt, frozen dessert or pastry recipe using PreGel AMERICA products
- Must include at least one PreGel AMERICA product, a full list of ingredients with amounts and method of preparation (see example)
- A picture of your finished recipe (high resolution, 300 dpi, jpeg or tiff)
- A picture of you (high resolution, 300 dpi, jpeg or tiff)
- Your name, phone number, e-mail address and mailing address (to send prizes)

How the Contest is Judged:
Our team of culinary instructors will recreate each recipe according to your directions in our Professional Training Center and award prizes to the top three recipes.
Judging Criteria:
- Creativity/Innovation
- Taste/Flavor
- Texture/Contrast
- Presentation/Eye Appeal
- Effective use of PreGel AMERICA Products
Winners Will Receive:
- A Nero Apron
- A Tutto T-shirt
- Recipe Published by PreGel AMERICA
Rules: Only original recipes with pictures will be judged. Recipes must use at least one PreGel AMERICA product to be considered for the prize. Multiple entries are allowed. Each of the top three recipe creators will win a Nero apron (one size fits most) and a Tutto t-shirt (sizes limited). Entries must be received by May 1, 2010. Winners will be notified by e-mail after judging is complete. Winning recipes and runners-up may be featured in the PreGel AMERICA recipe database as well as on http://www.pregelamerica.com, http://www.whygelato.com and http://www.5-starchefseries.com. By submitting recipes and pictures to the competition, the entrant acknowledges the right of PreGel AMERICA to use accepted work for reproduction in related publications; distribution to customers, affiliates and industry partners; on its Web sites; and for educational and promotional purposes. PreGel AMERICA is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant and will not become involved in copyright disputes. PreGel AMERICA reserves the right to change contest rules at any time, change recipes as deemed necessary and refuse any recipe.
