PreGel AMERICA’s vision, values and essence are not the beginning nor are they the end, but rather the explanation of the journey as individuals and as an organization. Living Our Vision and Values
In order to become real and tangible, the vision and values must be incorporated into the organization’s culture through communication, demonstration and action. A vision defines the desired or intended state of an organization in terms of its fundamental objective and strategic direction. Values are beliefs that are shared among an organization – driving culture and priorities. At PreGel, we strive to embody our vision and values by incorporating them into internal communications as well as company activities – both large and small. Each month, we take time to recognize one of our values. By hosting various activities and sharing ideas, we ensure that each member of the company understands the meaning behind the given value, and how we can reflect it in our daily operations.
