PreGel AMERICA is the U.S. division of PreGel, a global specialty dessert ingredient company headquartered in Reggio Emilia, Italy, founded in 1967 by Luciano Rabboni. PreGel stands globally as the largest manufacturer and distributor of ingredients for gelato, sorbetto, frozen yogurt, semifreddo, pastries and more, and has a presence on every continent. Our company has a long history of successes and novelties worldwide, consistently leading the market with innovative product lines and varied offerings.

More than an ingredients company, PreGel AMERICA has an unwavering commitment to education. The PreGel Professional Training Center is the only one of its kind, offering instruction on the arts of various specialty desserts for all of those inspired to learn. The Training Center provides classes throughout the year for students of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, and is free of charge to all.
